10-Yard Dash Testing | Lucas
Speed is earned. Progress is measured. 📈🧪
One year ago, Lucas ran our 10-yard dash in 2.24 seconds.
This month, he stepped back into the lab and improved that time to an average of 2.02 seconds.
✅ 0.22 seconds faster.
The first few steps in soccer can make all the difference—closing down an opponent, creating separation, or getting to a loose ball first. Lucas has made great progress over the past year and that improvement is showing up in his movement and confidence on the field.
But the work isn’t finished.
As much as he’s improved, there’s still another level to unlock. Becoming even more explosive over those first few steps will help him reach 50/50 balls sooner, create more separation from defenders, and recover even faster in transition.
That’s what development is all about—not chasing perfection, but continuing to build on progress.
That’s why we test.
Testing gives our athletes objective feedback, celebrates the improvements they’ve earned, and helps us identify the next area of focus so every training session has a purpose.
