The first step into the Lab starts with learning to love movement.
Keiki Lab is designed for our youngest athletes, introducing kids ages 4–6 to fitness and an organized training environment in a way that feels fun, engaging, and age-appropriate.
Through games, movement challenges, obstacle courses, bodyweight exercises, and age-appropriate athletic activities, kids will begin building foundational movement skills while learning how to follow instructions, work with others, and feel comfortable in a structured training space.
There’s no pressure to be the fastest, strongest, or most coordinated kid in the room. The goal is to build positive associations with exercise and movement while giving kids the confidence to try, learn, and have fun.
What we focus on:
🏃 Running, jumping, balancing & basic coordination
🧠 Learning to listen, follow directions & stay engaged
💪 Introductory strength and bodyweight movements
🎯 Fun games, challenges & obstacle courses
🤝 Cooperation, confidence & taking turns
🧪 Building the foundation for a lifelong love of movement
No previous fitness or athletic experience is required.
Keiki Lab is currently coming soon, and we're building a waitlist for families interested in being among the first to participate.
