⏰ 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
📍 Athlete Lab Hawaiʻi
👥 Limited to 14 athletes

Leadership is a skill. Skills can be trained.

This Fall Break, Athlete Lab is bringing together leadership development, athletic training, teamwork, and personal growth in a high-energy 3-hour experience designed to challenge young athletes both physically and mentally.

Led by Coach Ray, who brings more than a decade of leadership experience from his previous career in high-performance sales and leadership at a Fortune 100 company, this camp gives athletes an opportunity to develop skills that extend far beyond the playing field.

Throughout the camp, athletes will participate in leadership activities, fitness challenges, goal-setting exercises, teamwork activities, and problem-solving challenges designed to help them practice what it means to lead themselves and others.

Athletes will work on:

  • 🎯 Goal Setting — Learn how to create meaningful goals and turn them into actionable steps.

  • 🧠 Leadership Mindset — Develop habits and perspectives that help athletes take ownership of their actions.

  • 💪 Accountability — Learn to focus on what they can control and take responsibility for their effort and preparation.

  • 🗣️ Communication — Practice listening, communicating clearly, encouraging others, and working as a team.

  • 🤝 Teamwork — Work through challenges that require cooperation, trust, and problem-solving.

  • 🔥 Resilience — Learn how to respond when things don't go according to plan.

  • 🏃 Fitness & Athletic Development — Challenge speed, strength, coordination, movement, and conditioning through fun, team-based activities.

A Small-Group Experience

With only 14 spots available, athletes will have plenty of opportunities to participate, take on leadership roles, work with their peers, and receive coaching throughout the experience.

Each athlete will also leave with a personal leadership goal and action plan they can continue working on after camp.

After registering your child(ren) for the camp, you’ll receive an email with next steps. Please be sure to review the information in detail and complete your child(ren)’s required participant forms.

Come ready to move, think, lead, and grow.
