Weekly Saturday Classes —

Our Keiki Lab Membership gives kids ages 5–7 access to weekly, 45-minute movement and fitness classes focused on building confidence, coordination, and a positive relationship with exercise.
Through games, movement challenges, and introductory fitness activities, our youngest athletes will learn, explore, and grow in a fun and supportive environment.
Membership Details:
$75 per month
Classes every Saturday, 10:00–10:45 AM
First session: November 7, 2026
Designed for ages 5–7
No previous athletic experience required
Every athlete starts somewhere. Let their journey begin in the Lab!
Annual Registration Fee: A one-time $50 annual registration fee is required for all members. A separate invoice will be emailed after signup and must be paid within 15 days of enrollment. This fee supports equipment, facility maintenance, and continued program improvements. It is billed once annually and is non-refundable.
